Admission/Registration to Talent Based Learning

There are three steps (and in order) for admission under Gates Talent Based Education:

Model.

  1. Through Inherent potential unveiled through Gifts and Talent Testing

Whereas most institutions attach a lot of significance to grades on papers craned through qualifications, we consider grades as just mere guides. We already know that grades can be very misleading as many factors affect performance in traditional examinations. Most of these factors have nothing to do with the inherent ability of candidates.

  1. Through work or life experience

Accreditation for prior Experiential Learning (APEL) and life experience are part of the Talent Based Learning of the veterans. We know 1hat a primary school drop-out can directly join a degree program in third year if he or she has talent coupled with many years of work and life achievement.

  1. Through acquired qualifications

Qualifications or grades are the last items we look at during admissions, and after considering inherent potentials through gifts and talents or work/life/experience. Based on qualifications, a candidate can get direct admission to a Talent based course level and can also earn direct exemptions, but only after a professional assessment for Gifts and Talents Testing to unearth true potential in terms of talent focus.
