Membership is open and layered. It covers individuals and institutions. It includes formal and informal theological schools, church councils and denominations, accredited ministers, and Christian scholars.

Admission.
Applications are written. Forms must be completed. Applicants must accept the Constitution and by-laws. The Executive Committee may approve or reject applications and will communicate reasons where appropriate.

Disqualification.
Members may be disqualified for unethical conduct, unprofessional practice, falsehood, or corruption. Persistent non-payment of subscriptions without cause may also lead to removal. Fees are non-refundable upon exit. Standards protect dignity. Dignity preserves witness.
