Below the NGC is the National Executive Committee (NEC), responsible for day-to-day operations. Regional and county chapters ensure grassroots representation e.g counties, sub-counties and wards. Between general meetings, the Executive Committee provides direction. Standing Committees guide thematic areas. A professional secretariat ensures daily operations. A future CEO will oversee departments as resources allow. The Annual General Meeting remains the supreme decision-making organ.
